About

My name is Milli and I’m a makeup artist based in Newburgh, New York, serving the tri-state area and beyond. My passion is telling stories through art, including makeup. Beauty with a purpose — that’s my philosophy.

I bring you 10 years of experience, spanning from Virginia Beach to New York City. As a former wedding photographer who shot and retouched photos of brides for a living, I understand how makeup can and should appear on camera. And as an on-set makeup artist, I also understand that that timeliness, artistry, and photo-ready perfection all go hand-in-hand for your special day.

I live in the lush Hudson Valley with my boyfriend Jared, our cat Sheila, and our dog Zooey. I’m also a graphic designer; I am the one-woman creator behind moxx studio, where I design brand identities, print and digital marketing assets, illustrations, and more. I currently spend my days designing editorial layouts for an art education publishing company, and I love to fill my evenings and weekends with makeup.
